Develop the webpage interface for summarizing covid 19 twitter discussion. Highlight the important events/topics over time on dynamic graph.

Description

1. Using given data set and csv file, train a model to extract all important events discussed on twitter.

2. Create dynamic graph (using matplotlib) of events discussed per week on a webpage using React.JS, HTML, CSS etc.
