I need a skilled motion designer who can produce crisp, lightweight Lottie animations that load instantly on both web and mobile. The work spans three formats I regularly deploy—single stand-alone clips, themed multi-sequence packs, and reusable animated ad templates—so versatility is essential. Visual style will vary from abstract loops to full character-based and explainer pieces; every file, however, must shine in a marketing or advertising context and stay well under typical weight limits without sacrificing detail. Beyond handing over assets, I’m looking for genuine collaboration. I’d like you to walk my in-house designers through your workflow in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator, then show how you export via Bodymovin to produce production-ready Lottie JSON. A quick screen-share session or recorded walkthrough that lets us replicate the pipeline ourselves is part of the brief.
