simple logo modification

This is really simple - I have a logo (150 X 78) in psd format (only 1 layer though) that I need the back changed to white & the white to black.
Someone who is competent with photoshop should find this really simple to do.
The words are in white & the background is currently black & I would like to swap them over.
I will supply the psd to the successful bidder & have attached a jpg of the logo
It would be great if the white background could be transparent as well.
