Recreate Simple Logo as Vector Image

I have a jpeg version of my company logo, but lost the .ai/,eps file in a PC meltdown. I need the logo - which a simple b&w line art- recreated as a one-color .ai/.eps file.
I can supply the simple file to anyone interested to review; I was not able to attach it below. It is extrememly simple, whimisal "flower pot and flower" line drawing.
