Project Description for design & produce logo for security company

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We are seeking logo proposals for a private security services start-up company. Our Request We are looking for you to design and produce a new logo/icon for a private security services start-up company around the rough concept in the attached gif of a guard holding a lance and shield, and which shall distinguish our company as a firm which ensures excellence in private security services. Your Design Responsibilities Use the guard holding the lance and shield in the attached gif and create 4+ design concepts to be shown at initial presentation; Corporate color palette to be created; Color comps will be presented at initial meeting and subsequent meetings; and, 2 additional rounds of concept/design changes. Our Responsibilities Provision of rough design concept Selection of design concepts Proof reading of all materials Final approval and sign off of logo Misc. Provisions. Electronic files will become the property of the buyer upon final payment, but shall remain the property of the design company until final payment is received.
