Professional Charges 1) 8.33 % of the annual package (CTC) of selected candidates. 2) Replacement period is 45 days. 3) In addition, the Service tax as applicable to be paid. 4) Payment to be made within 30 days from the date of joining of candidate. 5) The Cv’s or candidates sent by us will be valid till 6 months, so if the company will call the candidates directly again after rejecting or after not short listing, we will be paid as per the agreement. 6) Jurisdiction: DELHI
