Your main focus will be full-cycle coordination: building and adjusting run sheets, dispatching drivers, monitoring progress in real time, and feeding back clear status reports that I can share with management and clients. All three core functions are in scope—scheduling & dispatch, live tracking with exception alerts, and proactive driver communication—so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable juggling them at once. We already operate on a commercial transport-management platform (similar to Samsara, Verizon Connect, TruckLogics, etc.), so you should be at ease jumping into an existing system rather than configuring one from scratch. If you have tips or shortcuts to streamline the workflows inside that software, even better.
