On the paperwork side, I want clear, actionable guidance on obtaining the correct export licences for our product category and preparing all accompanying shipping documents—commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificates of origin, plus any required HS-code declarations. Accuracy and compliance with relevant Incoterms and destination-country regulations are critical. For logistics, I expect advice on carrier selection, freight-forwarder coordination, optimal routing, transit-time estimates, and cost breakdowns (sea, air, or multimodal). I also need a practical overview of insurance options, customs brokerage procedures, and real-time shipment tracking set-up. Finally, I would like a concise market scan that identifies promising buyer segments, potential import partners or distributors, and the regulatory climate in two to three target regions we will confirm together.
