Arrange FCL Sea Freight Shipment

An international export order is ready to move and I want the entire Full Container Load handled from port of origin through to arrival at the destination port. The cargo is already palletised and customs-ready; what I need now is a freight professional who can: • Review ocean lanes and follow establish routing guides and best applicable rate • Confirm sailing schedules and total transit time - update container tacking information in our tracking platform - TMS • Manage booking, documentation (B/L, packing list, commercial invoice), and pre-advice • Monitor container arrival and drayage, coordinate diversions, transloads if necessary • Oversee export and import customs clearance, plus any port fees • Provide tracking updates until the container is discharged - communicate with sales and customer service * Manage invoice auditing and payment for freight forwarders and drayage agents
