Secure Configuration of MikroTik Routers & Switches

We are looking for an experienced and qualified network administrator to conduct the following:
1) Configure BGP4 and other aspects of an Internet facing router(s) for which we will supply details.
- includes basic activation / configuration of (Gigabit speed) routers (currently 1 router, 3 ASN peers).
- securing for network access (PSK/other in place of passwords, removal / isolation of unused plugins and applications, whitelisting / blacklisting, etc etc).
- implement Dude for logging.
- implement FastNetMon.
- implement VLAN's for security.
- ensure all routes work with the supplied ASN to peers / upstreams.
- export all settings in standard format for archiving and review.
- document what you have done and why, so it can be archived and reviewed as needed.
2) Configure Mikrotik routers for connection with the Mikrotik router (see item 1), this will linclude:
- includes basic activation / configuration of switches (currently 2 identical switches).
- securing for network access (PSK/other in place of passwords, removal / isolation of unused plugins and applications, whitelisting / blacklisting, etc etc).
- implement Dude for logging.
- implement VLAN's for security.
- ensure all routes work with the attached Mikrotik Router.
- export all settings in standard format for archiving and review.
- document what you have done and why, so it can be archived and reviewed as needed.
3) Additional items you may suggest / identify as being necessary for a safe, secure and stable first deployment.
Note (1): There will be ongoing maintenance and fresh deployment work for you, assuming the above (first) assignment goes well.
Note (2): Your configurations will be reviewed by a third-party security expert as a double-check, as this is an Internet facing network, so all your work should be clearly documented to assist with this.
