condition2: logs coming from other source-ip's apart from above one's with every message in them should go to va/log/rsyslog/$[login to view URL]

Hi, i can make you a script for two tasks that you noted in project description. If you don't mind using python i believe that this can be done in couple of hours. Cheers, JB
Hello, i have experience working with rsyslog, i can write your rules in one hour, that's all the time i need. if it takes more than one hour (maybe for the testing), i wouln't charge you extra time.
Ah, some Linux scripting? Red Hat, too? What are you using to fetch these logs? This should be an easy shell or Python script. Maybe this could be made a service, too.

I'm an experienced linux server administrator with many servers on my watch around the world... I already have the setup you want running on syslog servers...
I already have such setup and this can be done quick. I can even send a copy of the logs to logstash/elasticsearch/kibana server where you can see the logs visualized and with statistics.
