ROS Cross Compiler for Raspberry pi3

I have done crosscomplie for FPGA board ADRV9361 recently although it was difficult then crosscompile on Pi. I can proper guide you for this task.

The plan is to make a detailed PDF and a screen recording of developing a demo ROS 1 package. I assume that, the target platform is a Rpie board(that is arm-gnueabihf) and the host is a AMD64 machine. Please provide me the machines details during the development, in case my assumptions are wrong. Explanation will include the following details - setting up the environment(downloading the tools) - set up the IDE(qt) -example program explanation -building executable -sftp the executable to the target The planned sample demo is to blink a led depends on a ros topic (wiring library)and publish the battery status (i2c). Reply with the ROS version(mostly version is not critical). I have 6+ years of experience in cross-compiling the ROS packages (Embedded prorgrams) using the host machines for arm architecture.
