Hi, I can troubleshoot this issue for you. It is possible that your WAN/Public/Internet IP address has changed and has not been updated on the domain-to-ip mapping. It is also possible that: 1) the port mapping has been done wrong or to the wrong port. 2) your router firewall is blocking incoming connections from the internet. 3) the ISP has blocked traffic in that port. I can troubleshoot this issue and should be able to diagnose and/or resolve it in an hour. Regards, Ashley

Did you check any firewall open on QNAP? Some models have a firewall. Go to dashboard and check settings.
