Mounting old disk to recover 3 vps accounts info

Need help mounting, old disk into new one to recover info.

Here is what happened, my server was centos 7 was running virtualizor KVM enviroment and have 3 vps on it 2 of the containers are running centos with cpanel and the other one ubuntu 16.04.

Server become in dracut mode and datacenter want to reload it, i said don't want to lost the info since has not recent backups, they offered me to mount a new disk and attach the old disk on it.

I has been trying to mount the old disk to get the info but the lack of knowledge don't let me continue.

Need some server expert to finish the job, I alreday have it in good point, but really dont want to do the wrong thing.
