Make me an operating system similar to windows

Budget £10-20 GBP

I want to launch a commercial operating system similar to windows which has all of the benefits of linux. It must be fully functioning including support for both windows and linux programs and HD graphics. More info will be given upon selection.

I do not have much wiggle room on the pricing - but I think this is fair.

I can do this for you but why would you want a totally different os. I mean for what you are wanting I could create a Linux Distro that supports full gaming and windows programs, this will be cheap and can be done with Flere
