It appears that there were malwares on your droplet and it was reported by external reporters due to which a port block has been added to the droplet. I will remove the port block but kindly make sure to remove the malware as soon as possible and migrate your data to a new clean droplet if possible. If the malware is not removed, your ports may be blocked again if there are more reports against your droplet.
