I have an existing server (outside Amazon EC2) that:
- connects automatically to a random VPN using OpenVPN
- this works just fine (incl. leaving the SSH access intact) but it creates a 100% CPU load from that script which I can't explain
I'd like to fix that and bring down CPU utilization.
And I'd like you to add a way so that server can use the existing Amazon EC2 VPC:
Result should be:
- server use a random 'external' IP from VPN connection for all traffic (that already works but CPU load needs to be fixed)
- server uses the new VPN/ routes to access all private VPC IPs that I specify (my Amazon VPC) (i.e. [login to view URL]) to connect to any instance inside amazon VPC
I use Ubuntu 20.04 only.

Dear, I have vast experience in System Network and security fields please let me know if you require my services. May we build a better relationship in this project.
The issue seems like more of routing problem and less of application issue. Fixing the vpc/routing issue will need some testing session . happy to assist and work on this problem
