Can you help me fix a problem with a shared server?
Something's causing the resources to go over my quota and the friendly folks at A2 Hosting already told me it was my problem not theirs and to stop bothering them.
I have checked the logs and it doesn't seem like a ddos, according to cpanel's diagnostic tool it's got something to do with I/O faults (see attached image)
It's a shared server so no root access, I'm looking for someone who can read the access logs and understand what the cpanel's diagnostic tool is saying

From the graph it seems that many times your server is hitting above than the limit. I can check what is causing this. Will be able to check right now.
