Customer service, mysql and linux system support (40 hours/week)

Support tech for customer service mostly for US-based customers. Successful candidate must have experience in customer service, in command line Linux, and with mysql databases. Quality of written English must be excellent, and spoken English also very good. This position will help to provide night-time support for US-based customers, as well as helping to clear existing customer service tickets from during the business day. Any additional time will be spend testing programs.
