Custom Mailchannels configuration in EXIM CPanel server

My current setup uses the instructions of this link [login to view URL]
to use another Cpanel server as a SMTP smarthost that seems to have started to be banned so I need to do
a change in order to use Mailchannels.
So the final setup should use Mailchannels SMTP to send emails to the domains in /etc/staticroutes file
while keep using local EXIM SMTP service for others as default
