Build Me A Custom Linux Distro

Hi,
I am a project manager at a company that manufactures laptops and computers. Our company has decided to ditch Windows in favour of Linux and all our laptops and computers will ship with Linux preinstalled.
I am looking for somebody who is well versed with GNOME and can build us a custom distro.
So here are my requirements:
Base Distro - Ubuntu Studio
Desktop Environment - GNOME 41
To make the job easier the logos, themes and icon pack will be supplied by me. All the branding of Ubuntu and it’s parent company has to be replaced with our company’s brand.
Finally, an ISO for the custom distro will be installed and tested by me and you will be paid immediately once the installation is successful.
Since we have a lots of competitors, an NDA will be signed between us and you to protect our interests.
