Hello Im Sourish, I'm a asterisk, virtualization and linux expert. I have installed more than 50 linux servers in last 3 years. I run a company which provides hosted VPS services globally. I can do this for you within 1-2 days. I would create a file sharing plat from on the vps server. You can connect the remote computers to share files between them using the vps. This would be very similar to a dropbox or box kind of service. You can share files and backups easily among different computers using the VPS. You could use owncloud which also allows webdav access which can be used by windows as a native drive and gives you security in multiple ways. I am a recognized expert in open source technologies and contributor to the open source mailing system and Heartbeat clusters. I have done several projects in the past and working for Global projects with the Virtual serveers creation using XEN or OPENVZ. I have done numerous migrations from moving Exchange environment to Linux environment consists of AD -> LDAP migration, Exchnage -> Qmail migration, Virtualization (10 servers - > 2 servers with exact replica to each other). So; I don't think, I would have issues working on this migration.
