BigCommerce site-wide template

We need a customized BigCommerce store template. This template is for an existing BigCommerce store that is already populated with products, and has shipping tax and other relevant information configured. >> This is to be a SITE-WIDE template that displays correctly on ALL pages of the site from first visit to homepage all the way to checkout, and ALSO displays correctly on mobile devices. >>> This template must include certain visual elements, including a denim background look, incorporation of a supplied vector image and a logo, and incorporation of two specific supplied images. We will supply a screen shot of what we would like it to look like (although creative interpretation is encouraged). >>> This template must include revisions until we are happy with it. Developer must have extensive experience creating custom BigCommerce themes from scratch utilizing BigCommerce's templating language to create the them. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE ***ACTUAL & EXTENSIVE*** BIGCOMMERCE TEMPLATING EXPERIENCE. We do not want to be your experiment!!! We have had a bad experience with a developer who created a beautiful template and then had no idea whatsoever how to put it on the site. Developer must have Skype to communicate daily and update us on development progress. Payment will only be release after developer has delivered a fully functional completed website which meets our complete satisfaction. NO milestone payments WHATSOEVER will be issued for this job. If you bid and indicate that you require milestone payments, we will ignore your bid. Please PM BigCommerce store examples from your portfolio along with an accurate time line to complete project. Expect that we will contact your references prior to hiring you.
