Being a certified instructor in education and an experience holder of weight management, it is my responsibility to teach /serve my students the right things by motivating and strengthening their roots.
The topic itself is giving you an idea of what and how to manage your waste /weight I would say. Sadly because of this pandemic situation people are struggling in their own different ways.
Front line workers, safety warriors far from home are not getting the required amount of nutrition which body needs but the physical activities reduces the health risk.
Another side the people who are serving from home are taking "WORK FROM HOME" as an advantage but few of them realises the need of physical activities & a good diet chart and starts working on them.
Work duration of 6-7hr is really hectic for both the mind and body. We have multiple options to relax the mind by listening music, watching videos and so on.. But what about the figure??? What about filling the waist basket?
I have gone through the same situation and planned a healthy diet chart where I ate every cuisine with no compromises and still lose weight.
Gaining weight is the most easiest part of human lifestyle which comes along with variety of diseases.

MORNING HABITS -
I would not suggest you to wake up on a specific hour but try to leave the bed before 8am.
Drink any detox water you prefer but have options. You will also gradually start enjoying it while preparing.
I used to have Cumin and turmeric water,
Asafoetida (hing) water,
If you are on a rush then have at least
2 glasses of plain water before brushing your teeth.
Water in an empty stomach actually cleanses our body which is undoubtedly important to start the day.
