Looking for: Lawyer / Hong Kong

You MUST be based in Hong Kong, or have graduated from university in Hong Kong with a law degree to qualify for this job. The task is to review the existing T&C (1 page A4) for my business (a Hong Kong Ltd conducting business overseas), specifically in regard to intellectual property, indemnification and liability clauses. It would be great if we could connect briefly via Zoom or Teams video call prior to starting the work, and again once the revision is done to go over the relevant changes. I am expecting to work with a human lawyer - not a human relying on AI.
