I have a land deed drafted in 1948, written by hand in the older Telugu script. For an ongoing legal matter I need the text rendered in clear, contemporary, computer-typed Telugu so the lawyers can quote from it without ambiguity. Its a land document of 34.85 acres in which 30 acres were sold and remaining 4.85 acres were remaining. I need clear cut advice about the remain 4.85 acres. The original is a physical document, four pages in all. I will photograph each page in daylight and share high-resolution images with you. Your task is to read the handwriting accurately, type every word in modern Telugu Unicode, and preserve all numbers, names, survey boundaries and dates exactly as shown. Where a word is smudged or genuinely illegible, please highlight it and leave a brief note so I can double-check on my end. Deliverable: • A clean UTF-8 Word file (or editable Google Doc) containing the full, line-for-line transcription • A PDF export of the same file for easy sharing with the court team Because the document will be used in a legal filing, precision is critical; even a small spelling slip can cause trouble. If you have experience deciphering pre-1950 Telugu handwriting or handling revenue/land records, let me know—those samples will help me decide quickly.
