APPELLANT'S REPLY BRIEF NEED TO BE FILED BY 18TH MAY

Appellant's Reply Brief in response to Appellee's Answer Brief is needed by 18th May. I've appealed to 5th DCA on a child support case that is fraudulent and currently has brought harm to me by attacking my SSDI unlawfully after court enacted DOR to stop attacking my Veterans Disability Compensation in 2019 after a 5 year fight over the issue if Veterans Disability can be used for child support as income. After court ruled in favor of 38 USC 5301 the DOR in 2020 began to garnish my SSDI payment which is also federally protected from garnishment however the DOR has committed fraud from the very conception of this case in 2006. This was not a TANF case and I had this removed from my credit report for fraud. I'm appealing the decision of the court from June 2020 that administratively has been a sham since 2006. I Motioned the court for an Exemption in lieu of DOR garnishing my SSDI and appealed the decision. I'm now replying back to DOR / AG response to my appeal and need help. It's a lot of parts to this however in drilling down to what happened I'm needing someone with the expertise in family, civil and contract law experience and has experience in filing appeals. (Reviewing her Answer the thing to keep in mind is that I won the Rose vs Rose case by Judge Higbee in Sept 2019 and she stopped DOR from attacking my Veterans Disability Compensation award. So her Answer is trying to subvert what is going on with my Exemption. Basically everything she has addressed happened before the decision of 2019. My appeal has to do with my Exemption and Fraud. Than in May 2020 they started garnishing my SSDI which is also federally protected at Section 207. SSDI is the insurance portion I receive which is under a total different matrix from social security in which I do not receive until I turn 62. I'm 58 years old. The point is, its not remuneration for income as DOR has deemed it to be furthermore utilizing my VA benefit again after the decision in 2019. There are lies and deceit here and fraud on the court. I have proven this with the transcripts. There own words. 18 USC 241, 242, 245 COL: are all being violated here. I will be starting a lawsuit as well in which I will need your help with as well.
