I have been in military administration for 12 years and in military law for 6 years. I am a licensed Private Investigator and experienced Skiptracer. I hold a degree from Roger Williams University in paralegal studies and have multiple journeyman certificates from the department of labor. I am well versed and experienced in many aspects of administration ranging from the basics; letter writing, HR management and phone calls to the more in-depth matters; finance accountability, legal compliance and policy creation/review. My formal education emphasizes legal and administrative research and business law, including; business formation, tax code compliance, and federal compliance. I have my own full service LexisNexis account.

As I am a former attorney, I have excellent legal research and writing skills. I have prepared many appellate briefs over my prior 35 years experience. I have access and currently use various on-line research tools. I have the unique research and writing skills necessary to complete this project in a comprehensive and timely manner.
