Compose letter/contract to renegotiate lease rate,
current asking price is being advertised as $6 per square foot, we need to stay at or below this for the following reasons;
- Maintenance/upgrade: parking lot is a trip & fall hazard, had multiple clients fall already. When asked to fix parking lot we were refused.
Told monument sign was going to be replaced and has not been
- Interest on business loan has increased
loan is large as we had to upgrade all utilities going into our unit
- Told more retail business was going to be moving in and still has about 40% vacancy and no new retail business has moved in.
The center is 30 years old and being left to look like it.
