legal requirements for an education recruitment agency

I am a one-man-band start-up recruitment agency for the early years education sector, focused on placing candidates in full-time roles working with under 5s. I want to make sure that I am meeting all legal requirements as an agency, especially regarding safeguarding young children. Would also like to make sure that I am within the law regarding temp to perm contracts which I have recently begun negotiating. Would like a specialist in this area to read over our client terms of business and all other relevant client and candidate documents to assess whether I need to change anything or can carry on as I am.
