You should be fully comfortable controlling the record, making timely objections, and advising clients on the fly. Deliverables • Take the lead in questioning witnesses at scheduled depositions. • Provide immediate legal guidance to both client and in-house counsel during testimony. • Give a concise verbal or written debrief after each deposition highlighting critical points and next steps (no formal briefs required unless agreed).
