Hello, Your situation hinges on a precise jurisdictional argument, showing that these Texas entities fall outside Florida’s long arm statute and should not be pulled into a dissolution proceeding where they have no meaningful legal connection. The fact that they were formed prior to the marriage, operate independently of the marital estate, and lack business activity in Florida creates a strong foundation for a motion to dismiss based on lack of personal jurisdiction. I would approach this by drafting a well structured motion to dismiss supported by Florida case law and statutory analysis, clearly addressing minimum contacts, corporate separateness, and the distinction between marital assets and independent entities. I would also incorporate the prior agreement and release to reinforce the absence of any valid claim. The goal is to present a clean, persuasive argument that is easy for the court to follow while positioning the respondents for dismissal at an early stage. I can provide relevant samples of similar work upon request. Please come over chat and discuss your requirement in a detailed way.
