Need an Indian lawyer for an NDA breach and cheating case (advance payment taken and disappeared) Description: I am looking for a qualified Indian advocate to help me with a legal matter. Background: I signed an NDA with Person A to receive confidential pictures/information. I then signed a separate NDA with Person B to help me complete the work. I shared the confidential pictures/information with Person B and also paid him an advance. Person B has now blocked me and disappeared. He has not returned the pictures or the money. What I need help with: Drafting and sending a legal notice to Person B. Advising me on my liability toward Person A. Helping me file an FIR for cheating if applicable. Potentially representing me in court if needed. I have: Copies of both NDAs. Proof of advance payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.). Screenshots of conversations and proof of blocking.
