Legal help for software company. Review and Write contracts, NDAs, etc.

Hi,

I am looking for some legal advice help,

as said in the title, I am looking for someone for reviewing couple of contracts.

Experience with the US legal system is required.

I am mostly interested in people with a law degree in India.

If there's a team of people, even better.

As immediate need, I have one NDA for software developers, and two regular contracts to prepare/review. And if all goes well, we can have a longer term relationship.
