Poker site needs legal information

We are marketing for an up and coming poker, casino, and sportsbook site. We need someone to do research, and print us out the legal guidelines for the United States for the following:

1. can we hand out literature promoting an online gambling site at live events (concerts, sporting games, etc).

2. can restaurants and stores place promotional cards on their tables promoting an online gambling site

3. are these laws you find the same for the entire United States, or are do they vary from state to state

4. any of this information that you have on other countries would be a bonus
