Job Description:
As an experienced recruiting agency, we are on the hunt for qualified leads from CEOs/Founders, HR, and Talent Acquisition professionals within the tech sector. In particular, we are looking to source contacts that meet the criteria associated with this specific industry. We hope to establish an extensive network of quality leads so that we can connect clients to the right professionals. To ensure the leads are able to meet the needs of our clients, we will verify information, credentials, and contacts before presenting them with the opportunity. Ultimately, our goal is to use our resources for successful placements.
We are looking out for extremely dedicated person/agency with advance knowledge and experience in the HR and Recruitment area.
He/She/Agency needs to works with us to generate leads from the businesses and companies (CEO/Founder, HR and Talent acquisition ). Leads can be generated via LinkedIn, scrapping emails or through any other connections.
They should have good requirement gathering, communication, reporting and presentation skills.
We will prefer someone who has LinkedIn Recruiter premium member and other tools.
Initially for 1 to 2 months this position will be commission based. Means, as we find leads and fill vacancy with candidates the person is gonna get £100/vacancy filled.
If we fill more than 2 vacancy, the person will get £300/vacancy. Eventually, we will start with permanent contracts with a mutually agreed salary.
If only lead based work then $0.03/lead
