Telemarketing/Inside Sales Assistant/Real Estate Admin position wanted for California, USA Real Estate Office. In this position it would be your responsibility to return calls, gather client information and put client information into my client management system. I'm work with Wise Agent so Wise Agent Online knowledge is preferred, but not required. Prior experience preferred in Real Estate. Strong English Skills needed. You must pay close attention to detail, follow instructions, follow a telemarketing script, and be a fast learner to be selected for this position. This is a part time position, but will turn full time with experience. It is absolutely necessary that you have a stable, unlimited high speed internet connection at your home and that you are fluent at speaking and writing in American English. I'm also looking for somebody that can use web and computer software to make phone calls in California, USA (mostly Southern California). I'm looking to fill this position as soon as possible, so do not hesitate.
Phone/Telemarketing experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - word and excel
Knowledge of Wise Agent CMR or other Client Management Software
Own your own computer with Vista or higher OS
Have at least 1mbps Internet connection
Note taking/checklist creating
Able to follow-up with leads using a script
Strong English skills-written and spoken
