US IT Staffing and Resume Marketing Expert -- 2

Job description: We are looking for an experienced Indian Recruiter / Bench Sales Executive to work on US IT Staffing / Bench Sales requirements during American working hours. This is a remote freelance / part-time opportunity for someone with strong experience in marketing bench consultants, vendor coordination, resume submissions, and client follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients Search daily US IT requirements on Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals Submit consultants with customized resumes matching client needs Generate leads and maintain vendor relationships Coordinate interviews with consultants and clients Negotiate billing rates, pay rates, and contract terms Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placements Maintain daily work reports and status updates Required Skills: Experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales / Resume Marketing Good knowledge of visa types: H1B, OPT, GC, USC Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 models Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in target-based environment Existing vendor network is a plus Experience Required: Minimum 1–3+ years preferred Work Timing: Must be available during US / American working hours (Night Shift in India) Salary / Payment: ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Work Type: Remote / Freelance / Part-Time How to Apply: Share your experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing, current availability, and expected joining date.
