Remote Cold Caller & Sales Executive (Commission Based)

I run an established web-development agency and need a confident sales professional to pick up the phone, speak with the leads we generate, and turn those conversations into paying clients. Your day will revolve around cold calling warm lists, clearly explaining the value of our custom websites, handling basic objections, and passing each signed client over to our production team so they can get started right away. This role is 100 % commission based: you earn a fixed percentage as soon as the client’s first invoice clears, with additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets. Because we already have steady lead flow, the right caller should be able to close deals quickly and build a reliable income stream. To succeed you must already have demonstrable cold-calling or phone-based sales experience. Fluent English is essential, and if you can also converse in Hindi you will have an edge with part of our market. A professional, upbeat phone presence and the ability to start immediately are non-negotiable.
