Relationship Manager for Real Estate Investment

We are a fast-growing residential real estate investment company specializing in purchasing single-family properties. To continue expanding our acquisitions, we are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong connections with wholesalers while helping us source new opportunities. Position Overview: This is a role that combines research, outreach, and relationship-building. You will be responsible for sourcing new wholesalers through online platforms, maintaining structured communication, and reporting results. The position is hourly + commission for every property successfully purchased through your efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Research & Lead Generation: Scrape and organize wholesaler data from platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow, and other real estate-related sources. • Relationship Building: Proactively connect with wholesalers through phone calls, texts, emails, and social media to establish strong business relationships. • Follow-Up Management: Create and maintain a structured communication system to ensure consistent follow-up with all contacts. • Reporting: Track outreach efforts and acquisitions, and provide daily and weekly scorecards detailing progress and results. Requirements: • Must have a Facebook account that can join and engage in real estate-related groups. • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building via phone, text, and email. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups systematically. • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
