Job Title: Remote Commission-Only SDR (US Market – AI Receptionist SaaS) – High Upside, Long-Term Role About the Role: I’m a sales partner for a US-based AI company that specialises in providing AI Receptionist and AI Client Coordinator systems for small service businesses. I am currently building a dedicated and long-term SDR team to work directly with me and support my pipeline for the US market. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls exclusively to US-based businesses. Qualify owners who are losing money from missed calls and have the potential to benefit from AI receptionist solutions. Schedule discovery calls on my calendar with qualified decision-makers. Operate on a commission-only model: earn per closed deal, with continuing “tail” commissions and monthly performance bonuses. Achieve higher per-deal commission rates after six months of consistent performance. This position is 100% commission-only (no base salary). It is best suited for: Experienced SDRs or closers based in India or the Philippines, who are comfortable making evening calls to the US. US/Canada representatives who want a serious, high-upside side gig. Products You Will Be Promoting: Package 1: AI Receptionist – Handles every inbound call 24/7, books appointments directly into the client’s calendar, captures details, and logs calls. Package 2: AI Client Coordinator – Includes everything in Package 1, plus automated follow-ups, reminders, rebooking processes, and CRM/Google Sheet updates. Target Client Profiles: Automotive service providers (auto repair and tyre shops) Home service providers (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) Small healthcare clinics (chiropractors, physiotherapists, med spas, etc.) You will not close deals; your role is to bring qualified US business owners to my calendar. I will handle demos and closing. Daily Responsibilities: Identify US businesses that rely on phone bookings and may be missing revenue from unanswered calls. Use tools like Google Maps, Apollo (free tier), and [login to view URL] (free) for prospecting. Make outbound calls using a US number that you set up, follow the provided script, and qualify prospects on potential missed revenue. Book 15–20 minute discovery calls via my Calendly link, ensuring the owner understands the AI receptionist solution and the approximate cost ($1,500–$2,000/month). Maintain daily records in a shared Google Sheet: number of dials, conversations, bookings, and meetings held. Join a weekly Zoom or Google Meet call to review metrics, get coaching, and fine-tune approaches. Phone & Technology Requirements: You must be able to call US businesses using a US number. I will not provide phone or caller IDs. Recommended services include QUO VoIP ($21–$25/month for US number/calling) or Google Voice (if in the US). If you close 2+ deals in your first month, I will reimburse your first month’s US calling cost (approx. $20–25). Compensation Structure: Per Closed Deal – Base Tier (First 6 Months) Package 1 – AI Receptionist: $100 paid within 24 hours after setup payment $80 after the 1st monthly retainer $80 after the 2nd monthly retainer Total potential per deal: $260 Package 2 – AI Client Coordinator: $180 paid within 24 hours after setup payment $80 after the 1st monthly retainer $80 after the 2nd monthly retainer Total potential per deal: $340 Tail Payments: Paid only if the client’s monthly retainer clears with no refund/cancellation. Paid 2 days after the retainer is received. Performance Bonuses: 5 closed deals in a month: $200 bonus 6+ closed deals in a month: $250 bonus Loyalty Tier (After 6 Months of Good Performance) Requirements: Minimum 6 months of continuous work Average at least 3 closed deals per month for the last 3 months No months with zero deals in the last 6 months Maintain reliable reporting and responsiveness Benefits: +$80 per at-close commission for each deal after qualification Package 1: $180 at close + $80 + $80 tails = $340 Package 2: $260 at close + $80 + $80 tails = $420 Additionally, after 90+ days in good standing, you will receive an annual festival/holiday bonus of $50–$80 (Diwali, Christmas, Eid, Thanksgiving, etc.). Example Monthly Earnings (Base Tier) Scenario A: 3 deals/month → $600–800/month after tails Scenario B: 4–5 deals/month + bonus → $900–1,300+/month Scenario C: Loyalty Tier with 4–5 deals/month → $1,200–1,600+/month First Month Expectations: Week 1: Training and script practice (0–1 deals) Weeks 2–4: Active calling (target 2–4 deals) Activity Targets After Ramp-Up: 500–750 dials/week (100–150/day) 30–50 live conversations/week 3–5 meetings booked/week 2–4 meetings shown/week → 3–5 closed deals/month possible Deal Attribution Rules: You get credit if you booked the first qualifying meeting within 60 days and prospect was new. First SDR to book the meeting gets the deal. Self-sourced deals only; inbound or my own outreach deals don’t count. If You Leave or Are Terminated: Tails on previously sourced deals will be paid on the usual schedule. No commission for new deals post termination. 2 weeks’ notice is appreciated but not mandatory. Ideal Candidate: 1+ year SDR/B2B outbound experience with US calling Can set up and fund US calling solution independently Comfortable with commission-only work Can commit to 50–100+ dials/day, accurate reporting, and weekly syncs Not a Fit If: You need a fixed salary You avoid outbound calls You can’t manage US phone setup You are not coachable or process-driven Work Hours: US business hours (evenings/nights in India/Philippines) Flexible schedule as long as weekly targets are met Provided Support: Clear scripts and objection handling Product training and market positioning Guidance on lead generation sources Shared Google Sheet CRM Weekly coaching and fast commission payouts How to Apply: Submit application with resume/CV.
