I need a resourceful Filipino freelancer who can open the right doors for Smart Panther, our premium line of industrial saw blades, in the run-up to WORLDBEX 2026. For the two weeks before the show you will zero-in on woodworking machine and saw-blade dealers, verify the right decision-makers, reach out via WhatsApp first, and lock in face-to-face slots with me during the exhibition. What the assignment looks like • Build a focused list of potential distributors/importers that specifically handle saw blades or woodworking machinery. • For every prospect, confirm a working business email alongside the usual name, title and phone so I can keep records clean. • Initiate contact on WhatsApp, briefly introduce Smart Panther, gauge interest, then move to calls or email as needed. • Secure calendar invitations for meetings at WORLDBEX; aim for an organised timetable I can walk into on day one. • Optionally, pencil in follow-up visits with hot leads after the show if schedules allow. Acceptance criteria – Minimum agreed-upon number of qualified distributor meetings confirmed (we’ll set the target together). – Contact sheet delivered in Excel or Google Sheets with all verified fields populated. – WhatsApp chat screenshots or call notes attached for traceability. – Meetings visible in a shared online calendar, time-stamped and venue-tagged.
