Malawi Cattle Feed Sales Rep

Cattefeed, my premium cattle-feed line, is rolling out nationwide and I need the numbers to move fast. The entire effort is centred on lead conversion: taking a cold or lukewarm contact inside a Malawian cattle farm and turning it into a signed order, then nurturing that farm into a repeat customer. Awareness pieces such as news articles or social posts may support you, but the metric that matters is how many bags leave the warehouse because of your conversations. Your day-to-day work will revolve around: • Sourcing and qualifying cattle-farm leads throughout Malawi • Meeting owners or managers in person or over the phone, explaining Cattefeed’s nutritional edge, pricing and delivery terms • Closing the first sale and arranging timely logistics • Following up for feedback and upsell opportunities, recording everything in a simple CRM or spreadsheet for transparency Acceptance criteria • A weekly report listing new leads, contact attempts, deal stage and confirmed orders • Proof of at least one closed sale within the first month to demonstrate traction • Clear documentation of customer feedback for product or marketing tweaks Local presence in Malawi, the ability to travel to farm sites and fluency in English plus Chichewa or relevant regional languages are essential. Familiarity with basic sales tools—WhatsApp, Google Sheets, any lightweight CRM—will keep us aligned without heavy overhead.
