I run a loan DSA and need a mid-level sales professional who can jump straight into two core activities: generating fresh, qualified loan leads and following up with interested prospects until they are ready to move forward. You should already understand how the DSA model works, speak confidently about personal and business loan products, and be comfortable working toward weekly conversion targets. Day-to-day you will: • source and qualify new borrowers through phone, email, or social platforms • keep every prospect warm with timely, well-documented follow-ups • maintain accurate records in our CRM or, when easier, Google Sheets • flag hot leads to me instantly so I can step in and close Success is measured by the volume of quality leads you hand over and the consistency of your follow-up notes.
