My top priority is generating a consistent stream of B2C leads and nurturing them inside Follow Up Boss. Each day I’ll rely on you to: • Capture and qualify inbound prospects from Facebook and Instagram campaigns, tagging and routing them correctly in the CRM. • Keep my email inbox and Follow Up Boss dashboard at zero by replying, delegating, or scheduling follow-ups the moment they arrive. • Draft and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short-form video ideas for Facebook and Instagram that align with current promotions. • Track every touchpoint—calls, texts, emails, DMs—and move contacts through our pipeline so no opportunity slips. • Produce a concise end-of-day report covering new leads added, follow-ups completed, content published, and any issues that need my attention. Acceptance criteria A lead is counted only when name, email/phone, source, and timeline are entered in Follow Up Boss; all replies must be logged the same day; the daily report lands in my inbox before 6 p.m. EST. If you’re comfortable juggling CRM updates, social outreach, and admin details without letting anything fall through the cracks, this ongoing collaboration will be a great fit.
