The program is focused on helping tourism boards, airports, capital cities, and destination partners access inflight entertainment opportunities through a structured global content and outreach system. This is a remote, immediate-start, three-month contract for 20 hours per week, structured as four hours per day, with a daily team call required. The role supports the Day-100 targets of 100 State Tourism Boards, 100 Airports, 100 Capital Cities, and 200 Irish Bars. Role Overview Your mission is to own the CRM and outreach infrastructure that keeps the RISE Program moving. We need someone who is highly organised, comfortable with HubSpot, confident managing outreach sequences, and able to maintain accurate data while supporting daily and weekly reporting. Responsibilities The HubSpot Outreach & CRM Manager will manage the HubSpot CRM, build and optimise pipelines, manage outreach sequences, support contact enrichment, handle lead routing, maintain workflow automations, produce weekly reporting dashboards, and manage data quality. The role requires consistent daily execution and close coordination with the leadership and outreach teams. Required Platforms and Tools You should be confident using HubSpot, email marketing tools, CRM management systems, Hunter, ZeroBounce, [login to view URL], and preferably Clay. Experience managing CRM workflows, lead enrichment, outbound sequences, and reporting dashboards is strongly preferred. KPIs and Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by CRM accuracy above 95%, completed daily outreach activity, weekly reporting delivered on time, and proposal workflows maintained without gaps.
