High-Ticket Real Estate Lead Sales Rep

Summary We’re a high-growth agency specializing in generating premium buyer leads for luxury real estate agents. We’re looking for a motivated Full-Cycle Sales Rep & Closer to handle the entire sales process — from outreach to closing deals. This is commission-only, with a high recurring earning potential. You will be rewarded based on your performance, with 15–20% recurring commission per client. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Conduct targeted outreach to luxury real estate agents via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and calls. • Qualify leads and set appointments. • Present our high-ticket lead generation service and close deals. • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth onboarding. • Track outreach, calls, and results in a CRM or tracking sheet. ⸻ Requirements: • Proven sales experience, ideally in high-ticket sales or agency services. • Comfortable with cold outreach and closing over calls/video. • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Experience in real estate sales is a plus, but not required. ⸻ Compensation: • Commission-only: 15–20% recurring per client • Potential to earn $700+ / per deal closed • Opportunity for bonuses on high volume Location: Remote, US timezone Language: Fluent English
