Scope of Work: Multi-Channel Outbound Hunting: Execute a targeted daily outreach strategy combining 30-50 cold calls a day with automated multi-touch follow-ups (SMS/Email) to protect number health and stay clean of spam tags. Corporate & Whale Target Management: Navigate gatekeepers to pitch operations directors and portfolio managers at mid-market PE holding firms and large corporations. Run Zoom Demos & Close: Take qualified leads through a 30-minute high-ticket presentation showing our voice agents and direct CRM integrations (ServiceTitan/Housecall Pro) to close the contract. Required Skills B2B Cold Calling Elite: Proven track record of cold calling blue-collar business owners, handling immediate objections, and navigating gatekeeper . Account-Based Enterprise Sales: Experience managing high-ticket longer sales cycles with corporate buyers or Private Equity firms. Self-Sufficient Infrastructure: You must own or be ready to deploy your own preferred outbound dialer/sales stack, ensuring daily metrics are hit autonomously. Budget & Commission Structure Type: Commission-Only / 100% Performance-Based + upfront per close The Split: 25% Lifetime Revenue Share + 75% Upfront Setup Spiff per closed location (spiff = 372$ upfront pure cash in your pocket).
