Field Sales Executive for ZingRide

I’m expanding ZingRide’s footprint and need a sharp Field Sales Executive who can spend most of the day out in the city convincing private car owners and small fleet operators to list their vehicles on our mobility-sharing platform. What you’ll focus on every week is straightforward: generate fresh leads through local marketing activities (flyers at parking lots, pop-up stalls near offices, short demos at automobile workshops), meet those prospects in person, and close enough deals to hit our monthly onboarding quota. Referrals and networking are welcome too, but on-ground marketing is where I expect the real volume to come from. Strong, clear communication is the single most important trait for success here—you’ll be explaining earning projections, fielding objections, and guiding owners through our quick sign-up process. Prior sales experience will obviously help, yet I value self-motivation and persistence even more; the role is target-driven and rewards hustle. You’ll need your own bike or scooter for daily travel. In return you can count on a fixed base plus attractive incentives that scale directly with the number of cars you bring onto the platform, so high performers see their income rise fast. Deliverables I track: • Verified list of new vehicle owners onboarded each month (contact info and signed agreement) • Simple weekly activity report summarising outreach spots, lead volume, and conversions If you thrive on face-to-face selling and want uncapped earnings, let’s chat and get wheels rolling.
