What You Will Do Prospect and identify key decision-makers in shipping, importing/exporting, and logistics (focusing on North America markets like USA and Canada). Perform cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels to engage potential clients. Qualify leads using our simple criteria (e.g., active shipping volume and decision-making authority). Book high-quality sales meetings directly into our team's calendar for seamless handoffs. Track all activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or similar). Collaborate virtually with sales managers to refine strategies and celebrate wins. Industry Freight Forwarding / Logistics / International Shipping (Specializing in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, and North America Trade Lanes—think global supply chains and cross-border efficiency!) Requirements Proven experience in appointment setting, B2B lead generation, or outbound sales (1+ years preferred). Background in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is a huge plus—tell us about your industry wins! Confident communicator comfortable chatting with business owners, logistics managers, and executives. Excellent English skills (written and spoken) for professional outreach. Ability to align with North America time zones (PST overlap required—e.g., 4-6 hours daily for peak productivity). Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude. Access to reliable tools like a phone, internet, and basic software (we'll provide CRM access). No advanced degrees needed—just hustle and a passion for sales! Targets & Expectations Aim for 40–60 targeted outreach attempts per day (mix of emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages). Secure 5–10 qualified meetings per week (quality over quantity—focus on leads with real shipping needs). Prioritize decision-makers at companies with active import/export volumes in North America. We'll provide scripts, templates, and training to help you hit the ground running and exceed goals.
